The University of Basra holds a lecture on the difference between ethics and the ethics of the teaching profession for agricultural and veterinary medicine majors

The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra conducted a lecture on the difference between ethics and the ethics of the teaching profession for agricultural and veterinary medicine majors, as part of the sixth unit in the teaching methods course.

 

The lecture aims to enhance ethics and the ethical standards of the teaching profession, which should positively reflect in teaching methodologies and how they should be respected according to the standards and principles outlined for trainees.

 

The lecture, presented by Dr. Mays Basal Khalil, included a definition of the concepts of ethics and the ethics of the teaching profession, the difference between them, and the importance of professional ethics for individuals and society. It also covered the principles of teaching profession ethics relating to ethical characteristics and codes of conduct for the teaching profession, as well as how to establish professional ethics.
