The Development and Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra organized a lecture on professional ethics as part of the teaching methods course.

The lecture session "Ethics of the Teaching Profession" aims to instill ethical values in educators and enhance awareness about the importance of adhering to professional ethics.

The lecture, delivered by Dr. Noha Hadi Jassim, included an explanation of the significance of professional ethics in education, how ethics contribute to building a positive learning environment, and their role in fostering trust between teachers, students, and the community. This ultimately supports the success of the educational process and the application of professional ethics rules, while reviewing the fundamental principles of professional conduct and emphasizing the importance of adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of teaching to achieve ideal educational practices.
