Basra University sets  a course on employee rights and duties

The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a course on employee rights and duties.

The seminar  aims to develop the capabilities of state employees and familiarize them with the obligations imposed on them by law towards the state and individuals, and the rights decided upon for them, whether material or immaterial rights.  

The forum presented by Dr. Muzher Abdel-Sada Hanin included the definition of the public office, the rights and duties of the employee in accordance with the Civil Service Laws No. (24) of 1960 and No. (14) of 1991 in general, indicating the definition of rights and their material types and the extent to which they are affected by the imposed penalties and duties imposed by the law on the employee And its images and the penalty for failure to do so and the judicial applications issued by the Administrative Judiciary Court and the Staff Judiciary Court, which are related to acquired rights and imposed duties, and correct the path.

Finally, the recommendation was to intensify the courses to enrich the employees to increase their awareness culture.
