The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a training and development course on management and work ethics in human resources management

The course aims to define basic issues to understand the tasks and role of human resource management, which is one of the basic functions of organizing the business of managing any organization

The course, which was presented by Dr. Muzher Abdel-Sada Hanin, included vocabulary on how to divide the position and responsibilities, analyze, describe and design jobs, plan the work force and attract workers through selection, appointment, compensation, reward, job evaluation, incentives and motivation

The course demonstrated the social relations between individuals and workers, mutual respect, the application of laws related to human resource management and the best way to complete work to advance the achievement of the organization's goals.
