The aim of the course is to enable the trainees to acquire the administrative and scientific tools that are professional in project management

 How to choose the project and what are the scientific methods and means and quantitative models in the selection process

 What are the functions and stages of project management professionally?

 The organizational structure of the project and what are its contemporary organizational forms and types, and the most appropriate organizational formula

 In the end, it was recommended that

 Urging trainees to increase knowledge in professional project management because of its great importance in a complex business environment
