The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University organized a course on the title of the course Improving employee performance in government institutions and the private sector

 The objective of the course is to clarify everything related to institutional performance in a manner commensurate with the period of the session limited to one week

 The course presented by Dr. Mazhar Abdel-Sada Hanin included the concept of institutional performance and the concept of job performance.  The elements of quality of performance. Levels of performance.  Performance methods. Models and case studies in a sample of state institutions

 In the end, the recommendation was to apply the models of countries and institutions that preceded us in the field of performance, such as the Japanese administration. The German administration, the American administration.
