The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a training and development course on management and work ethics in human resource management.

The course aims to define the basic issues to understand the functions and role of human resources management, which is one of the basic functions of organizing the work of the management of any organization.

The course presented by Dr. Muzher Abdel-Sada.The course included issues on how to divide the position and responsibilities, analyze, describe and design jobs, plan the work force and attract workers through selection, appointment, compensation, reward, job evaluation, incentives and motivation.

The course showed the social relations between individuals and workers, mutual respect, application of laws related to human resource management, and the best completion of work to advance the achievement of goals.
