Organizing a Workshop on the Russian War on Ukraine at Basra University

The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University organized a workshop on the Russian war on Ukraine.

The aim of the workshop is to identify the international situation before the war, the causes of wars, and the gathering of the Russian army on the borders of Ukraine, and then attacking it on February 24, 2022, and international polarization in this region.

The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Sabla Talal Yassin, dealt with a comprehensive presentation of the fate of the war through the time infiltration of wars, and the most important thing that was bombed during the war was the Ukrainian steadfastness despite the great difference between Russia and Ukraine and the scourge of wars that dragged the two countries because of its negative impact on the two peoples.

In the end, the recommendation was to avoid war in general, especially with wheat-producing countries, because its impact includes the whole world, which threatens global food.
