The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra sets a course on leadership skills. The course aims is to increase the perception towards the concept of leadership, and to explore deeply the concept of leadership skills. Also, it aims to provide the trainees with new information that enables them to answer the question: How to be a successful leader?

The course is presented by the lecturer, Shatha Ahmed Alwan are conducted by  the trainees. The forum covers several aspects such as : the concept of leadership, leadership skills, who is the manager, who is the leader, and what are the characteristics of a successful leader.

In the end, the recommendation was that the trainees should consider the lectures and discussions of the forum carefully, to gain the benefit from it.
