The lecture presented by The teacher, Abbas Ali Muhammad included identifying the basic concepts: crisis - crisis management and related concepts: problem - threat - disaster, characteristics of the crisis, goals of crisis management, crisis life cycle, causes of crises, methods of dealing with crisis, strategies and tactics What is meant by the crisis, what are its characteristics, how can the crisis be managed, the methods and strategies, and how can crises be prepared and managed so that any losses or negatives associated with the crisis can be reduced

In the end, the recommendation was the need to be fully prepared to manage the crisis through anticipation, full preparation and flexibility in dealing with crises
