As part of the University of Basra's policy of collaboration and cooperation with state institutions, Dr. Mohammed Najah Al-Jazairi, the Director of the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, along with department officials, received a delegation from the Naval Academy. Their purpose was to bridge perspectives and understandings to activate a memorandum of cooperation between the University of Basra and the Naval Academy. Al-Jazairi stated that our university holds a scientific and cultural responsibility to enhance the reality of state institutions, integrate them into the evaluation process, and prepare administrative, technical, and academic leadership.

In return, the delegation expressed gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality.
