Dr. Mohammed Al-Jazaeri, Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Strategic Insight Conference of Sayyid Al-Sistani (May His Shadow Endure), and Advisor to Al-Warith Academy for Human Development and Strategic Studies affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, as well as the Director of the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra, honored Engineer Mohammed Emad Al-Rubaie, the Administrative Division Manager at the center, with the Excellence Shield of the aforementioned conference. This recognition was in appreciation of his constructive role in providing valuable scientific and community services, which contributed to the success of the conference through the roles assigned to him by the scientific committee.
