The Continuous Education and Development Center at the University of Basrah organized a course "about human resource management”.

The objective of the course is to qualify employees in the field of human resource management, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently and effectively handle employee-related issues, contributing to enhancing job performance and achieving strategic objectives.

The course which was presented by Dr. Nada Mahdi Khalaf, covered the definition and importance of human resources, the basic functions, the role of human resource management in achieving strategic goals, the concept of strategy and strategic planning, the factors influencing the organizational situation of human resource management, and the qualities that a human resource manager should possess
