The Center for continuing education at the University of Basra organized an electronic lecture on administrative leadership. The lecture, which is part of the tasks and responsibilities of the middle departments course, aims to define the most prominent concepts, characteristics and modern trends of administrative leadership and the necessary leadership skills and abilities. The workshop presented by Dr. Abbas Abdul Hamid Abdul Abbas via the internet included The concept and importance of managerial leadership in organizations of all kinds, answered in detail, clearly and accurately and supported by real examples, similarities and differences between leadership and management, administrative skills, their types and how to invest them by managers, the most prominent qualities that a leader has to exercise his role efficiently and effectively, examples of influential leadership personality derived from the present and the past and from different environments and cultures.
