The Center for Development and Continuing Education at Basra University conducted the seventh unit on Quality Concepts and Tools for Agriculture and Veterinary Specialties as part of a teaching methods course.

The lecture aimed to introduce participants to various perspectives on quality, differentiate between product and service quality dimensions, trace the evolution of quality management, and explain quality levels.

The lecture, delivered by Dr. Muhammad Abdul Abbas Al-Aboudi, Assistant Dean of the College of Medical Sciences at Shatrah University, covered general topics, specific objectives, behavioral objectives, and questions such as: Does quality have different perspectives for different stakeholders? What is the concept of quality in our Islamic religion? What are the perspectives that have addressed quality? Related concepts, and quality control and management tools in education.
