The Center for Development and Continuing Education at Basra University conducted the seventh unit on Quality in Education for the Engineering Specialization as part of a teaching methods course. The lecture aimed to introduce trainees to the implementation of Total Quality Management initiatives, emphasizing process improvement and problem-solving techniques.

The lecture, delivered by Dr. Adi Bashir Issa, provided a detailed explanation of quality concepts such as Pareto charts, SWOT analysis, the PDCA cycle, and ISO certification.

The lecture recommended a comprehensive application of quality in education through root cause analysis of problems and finding suitable solutions.
