
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a lecture on learning and teaching as part of the Teaching Methods Course for the fields of agriculture and veterinary medicine.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Muhannad Abdul-Hussein Abboud, a lecturer in the College of Agriculture, included a definition of blended learning, the difference between it and traditional learning, and the challenges facing its implementation.
He also reviewed the curriculum for the teaching methods course oriented toward blended learning, the principles of brainstorming, and the limitations of applying their theories. He also discussed modern teaching methods, the criteria for selecting the most appropriate method, and the conditions for its implementation
