The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah held a lecture entitled "Measurement and Evaluation" as part of the fourth teaching methods course for the third unit.

The lecture, presented by Dr. Inaam Mahmoud Najm, Dr. Rafid Abdul-Jabbar Muhammad, and Dr. Naha Hadi Jassim, included a detailed presentation of measurement concepts and types, such as tests and nominal, ordinal, categorical, and relative scales. It also explained the difference between assessment and evaluation.

The lecture also included interactive activities and a demonstration of the steps for successfully delivering academic material.
