The Development and Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra organized a workshop entitled "Modern Management Concepts and Techniques", with the participation of a number of university affiliates.

 The workshop aims to develop participants' skills in the areas of strategic management, total quality management, and effective decision-making. The workshop was presented by the director of the teaching center, Mohammed Imad Al-Rubaie, addressing practical applications in the university work environment, with a focus on introducing artificial intelligence techniques in administrative work. The workshop emphasized the importance of adopting modern administrative methods to enhance the efficiency of institutional performance and raise the level of services in educational institutions.
