The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah held a training course entitled "Human Resources Management," with the participation of a number of employees.

The course aims to raise awareness of the importance of human resources as a key element in the success of organizations and to enhance performance.

The course, presented by lecturer Mohammed Hashim Al-Sharaa, covered several topics, including the concept of human resources management, its objectives and functions, effective communication skills, motivation, professional responsibility, and green human resources management. The course recommended the need to support and motivate employees to reduce job boredom and enhance productivity in government institutions.
