The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra held a lecture on ethics and professional ethics for the sixth unit of the fourth teaching methods course.

The lecture aimed at defining the concept of professional ethics and comparing the concepts of ethics and professional ethics for trainees.

The lecture, presented by Dr. Ahmed Qasim Khalaf Al-Shamkhawi, included an introduction to the concept of ethics and its sources, its importance, whether ethics are innate or acquired, the stages of development of the concept of ethics and professional ethics, a comparison between the concepts of ethics and ethics, the ethics of the teaching profession, the sources of the ethics of the teaching profession, the principles and foundations of the ethics of the teaching profession, professional discipline and its types, and the objectives of professional discipline.
