The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra held a workshop titled "The Art of Apathetic Management and Leadership" in the presence of a number of university staff and management specialists.

 The workshop aimed to focus on modern non-traditional management concepts and how to employ "positive indifference" in enhancing performance efficiency and achieving job balance.

The workshop, presented by researcher Yasmin Ali Hassan, included flexible leadership methods and their impact on the work environment, with real-life experiences and applied examples. The workshop was attended by specialized trainers in management and leadership development, as part of the university's efforts to enhance the capabilities of its academic and administrative staff.
