The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra held a lecture titled "Quality of Education: The Seventh Unit of Applied Specialization" as part of the curriculum of the fourth teaching methods course.

The lecture aimed to introduce trainees to the concepts of quality, its tools and strategies, with a detailed explanation of SWOT analysis and Deming's cycle of continuous improvement.

The lecture, presented by Dr. Zainab Ali Khalaf, included the components of educational quality and the mechanisms for measuring and developing it in higher education institutions.

She recommended the need to adopt these methods to raise the level of education.
