The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra conducted an updated teaching validity test for engineering majors according to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which is one of the basic requirements for practicing the teaching profession in public and private universities.

The test was conducted at the center for degree holders (master's, doctorate) wishing to obtain the scientific title of the updated teaching validity test for engineering disciplines.

The applicants were tested according to the approved criteria for the teaching validity test, and points were calculated based on a number of determinants, including the teacher's ability to deliver the scientific material well, self-confidence, psychological readiness for the test, as well as prior mastery of the lecture material and presenting it in an understandable and concise manner.
