The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah conducted a teaching eligibility test for administrative specialties, as part of a series of tests organized by the center to award eligibility certificates. A number of degree holders (master's and doctoral) from various colleges participated in the test, seeking to obtain academic titles. They were evaluated by a specialized scientific committee according to precise academic standards.

The test aims to ensure that applicants possess the academic competence and pedagogical skills necessary to practice the teaching profession in Iraqi universities. For his part, the center's director, lecturer Muhammad Imad al-Rubai'i, emphasized the center's commitment to applying the highest university standards, noting that these tests represent an effective step in supporting and developing the quality of higher education.
