The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra held a workshop titled "The Art of Job Etiquette", with the participation of a number of employees and interested parties. 

The workshop aims to enhance awareness of the importance of professional behaviors in the work environment and introduce the principles of job etiquette as a basis for daily interaction within institutions.

The workshop, presented by researcher Inas Taha Mohammed, included several topics, including communication skills, rules of dealing with colleagues and customers, in addition to clarifying the professional relationship with superiors and officials.

This comes as part of the university's efforts to enhance the personal and professional skills of its employees.
