The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a training course entitled “Human Resources Management.”

The course aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of fundamental concepts in this vital field and to develop their skills in recruitment, selection, training, and development.

Delivered by lecturer Narjis Aqeel Al-Qatrany, the course covered topics such as digital transformation and its impact on HR functions, modern technological systems, current challenges and strategies for addressing them, as well as the concept of green human resources and its role in achieving sustainable development.

This course is part of a series of developmental programs launched by the Center to support administrative competencies.
