The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah organized a training course titled "Training of Trainers (TOT)."

The course aims to prepare new training staff capable of conducting specialized courses in various fields, with a focus on distinguishing between the concepts of training and teaching and introducing modern methods to the training process.

The course, presented by trainer Ahmed Faleh Abdul Rahim Al-Yasiri from the Basra Planning Directorate, included 50 training hours on identifying training needs, designing and managing training programs, evaluating training, and case studies, in addition to effective communication skills.

The course recommended the need to select appropriate times and places for training and to enhance interaction with trainees.
