The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Education for Women, held an webinar titled "Workplace Disputes: The Legal Framework and the Role of Counseling in Addressing Them."

The webinar aimed to clarify the role of career counseling in managing conflicts and fostering a positive and legal work environment.

The webinar, presented by Dr. Hana' Abdul-Nabi Al-Abbadi from the University of Basra and Dr. Abdul Ali Hamid Abdul Ali from Al-Kunooz University, covered work-related disputes and their causes, explained the legal framework governing the relationship between employees and management, and reviewed ways to resolve disputes in accordance with national and international legislation.
