The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Education for Women, organized an webinar titled "Legal Response to Indecent Content and Its Impact on Mental Health."

The webinar aims to introduce the legal framework for indecent content and highlight its psychological and social effects, while raising awareness of prevention and treatment methods to protect individuals and society.

The webinar, presented by Dr. Abdul-Mohsen Abdul-Hussein, Dr. Abdul-Ali Hamid Abdul-Ali, and Dr. Hana Abdul-Nabi Kaban Al-Abbadi, addressed the legal aspect of dealing with indecent content, the role of the Media Commission, relevant legislation and charters, the psychological impact, and ways to mitigate negative consequences through awareness, oversight, and psychological support.
