The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a training course entitled “Leadership Skills.”

The course aimed to enhance participants’ leadership capacities and to equip them with essential qualities and skills that enable them to manage work teams with high efficiency.

Delivered by Lecturer Basel Jabbar Ajeel, the course covered several key topics, including the distinction between a manager and a leader, the most important leadership skills and ways to develop them, the attributes of a successful leader and methods of acquiring them, as well as the effective utilization and application of individual abilities and skills across different administrative styles.

The course concluded with recommendations emphasizing the importance of sustaining such programs to qualify administrative leaders and achieve outstanding institutional performance.
