The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a lecture titled “How to Prepare an Online Lecture for Medical Specializations”, as part of the fourth unit of the fifth Teaching Methods Course.

The lecture aimed to equip trainees with fundamental skills in preparing online lectures and applying blended learning approaches to enhance their teaching competencies.

Delivered by Dr. Khadija Sami Madi and Dr. Mais Basil Jalil, the session covered the concept of the online lecture, mechanisms for creating digital content, and the steps for preparing an effective PowerPoint (PPT) presentation.

The lecture concluded with recommendations emphasizing the importance of developing and designing curricula that align with modern e-learning technologies to support the educational process.
