The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah organized a training course titled Administrative Decision-Making.

The course aimed to enhance participants’ skills in problem analysis, selecting optimal solutions, and making effective decisions that contribute to improving administrative performance and increasing institutional efficiency.

Delivered by lecturer Doaa Shaheed Habib, the course covered several key topics, including the concept of decision-making, its scientific steps, influencing factors, modern approaches to decision-making, and the skills required of decision-makers. It also addressed group decision-making and the art of consultation, supplemented with practical applications and case studies drawn from real administrative practices.
