The  Continuing Education and  Development center  at  the University of Basra organized an online workshop on how to create an electronic classroom using the Google classroom platform, give lectures using Google meet, and register student attendance using the Google form

 The aim of the workshop, which was presented by the teacher, Kian Abdul Aziz Mutlaq, Director of the Computer Center, is to train teachers on how to create and manage an electronic classroom and to use simultaneous and direct education through electronic platforms

 The workshop included training on recording a video lecture, creating an electronic classroom and sending the class link to students for the joining, creating a fixed Google class link for lectures throughout the year, organizing an attendance form and training on how to take students' attendance

 at the end of the workshop. It is highly recommended that all teachers pay attention to the technical teams in the colleges, the expertise of the Computer Center, and the Continuing Education and Development Center  in the field of Teaching via electronic platforms.
