The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Education for Women, organized an online seminar titled “The Role of Educational Guidance in Promoting Awareness of the Rights of Women and Children in the Virtual World.”

The seminar aimed to clarify the concept of women’s and children’s rights within the digital environment and to highlight the means of protecting them from electronic violations.

The event, presented by Dr. Rafeef Abdulhafez Al-Riyahi, Dr. Sinan Saeed Al-Asadi, and Lecturer Saif Jasim Mohammed Ali, discussed guidance programs and the challenges facing digital protection for women and children, as well as the pivotal role of educational guidance in raising awareness and providing practical strategies to prevent digital violence.
