The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah organized a training course titled "Administrative Investigation."

The course aims to develop participants' skills and enable them to perform their duties within investigative committees efficiently and professionally.

The course, presented by Dr. Ansam Faleh Al-Ahmadi, covered the concepts of administrative investigation, its importance, and justifications, the distinction between administrative and criminal investigations, and the rules of investigation and the elements of disciplinary violations.

The course also covered the procedures for referring an employee to investigation and their legal implications, as well as a definition of the investigative committee and the evidentiary methods adopted in administrative investigations.
