The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, in collaboration with Al-Thuqlein Hospital and the College of Nursing, organized an awareness seminar on breast cancer, attended by a number of academics and specialists.

The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the importance of early diagnosis for breast cancer, which is one of the most common types of cancer among women.

The seminar included lectures by Dr. Sajjad Salem Isa, Dr. Noaman Abdul-Razzaq, and Dr. Hisham Hussein Abdul-Raouf, covering methods of early detection, radiological diagnostic techniques, and ways to communicate with specialized medical centers.

Al-Thuqlein Hospital encouraged university staff and students to visit the hospital for the necessary examinations related to breast cancer screening.
