University of Basrah Organizes a Lecture on Ethical Decision-Making for the Humanities Specialization

The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah organized a lecture titled “Ethical Decision-Making for the Humanities Specialization,” as part of the sixth unit of the fifth Teaching Methods Course.

 

The lecture aimed to train university professors in the humanities on how to make ethical decisions within the academic work environment.

 

Presented by Dr. Tharaa Abdul Rasool Hassan and Dr. Samer Talib Dawood, the lecture discussed the importance of ethical decision-making in education and scientific research, and the role of ethics in promoting integrity, fairness, and respect. It also included case studies illustrating the challenges of ethical decision-making and its impact on enhancing academic performance.
