The Continuing Education and Development Center Unversity of Basra organized a training course about administrative contexts and official speeches

‏ The aim of the course, presented  by the Lecturer, Arafat Nasser Jassim,  is to clarify some concepts for the trainees, including what is meant by the administration,  contexts within the existing institutions and administrative classes, how to write the official speech or their methods of writing , and to determine the importance and purpose of official speeches

‏ The course included a detailed explanation of  the concept of the administrative context and the problems of official institutions that the staff  face daily,

‏ and the difference  between the administrative context of the service institutions as well as other productive ones, and the definition of methods that deal with the administrative context in a suitable way that suits the institution and its reputation.

‏ It also includes methods of writing official letters, their most important types, the importance of each one, and the their functions.

 At the end, the session recommended to intensify efforts for the lectures that conform to the staff needs f as they deal with official letters on daily basis ,as well as it is essential to minimize errors and follow up on the quality of the official speeches that reflect the quality of their istitutions
