The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Education for Women, organized an online seminar titled “How You Can Solve Your Problems on Your Own.”

The seminar aimed to develop participants’ skills in addressing challenges with awareness and making more effective decisions.

Presented by Dr. Rafif Abdulhafez Al-Riyahi and Dr. Nada Farouq Aboud from Al-Karkh University of Science, along with instructor Saif Jasim Mohammed Ali from the Baghdad Directorate of Education, the seminar covered several key topics. These included understanding a problem and identifying its causes, considering possible alternatives, evaluating available solutions, selecting the most appropriate option, and following through with implementation and reflective learning—all within a continuous self-development framework.
