The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah conducted the updated teaching eligibility test for disciplines within the field of applied sciences, with the participation of a group of candidates seeking positions at Iraqi universities.

The test aims to assess the candidates’ scientific competence and pedagogical skills, thereby enhancing teaching quality and ensuring their ability to deliver academic material using modern and effective methods.

The assessment covered cognitive domains, practical skills, and contemporary teaching approaches.

The center emphasized that this initiative is part of the university’s efforts to develop the educational process and elevate the capabilities of teaching staff in alignment with quality standards and academic accreditation requirements.
