The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah conducted an assessment for college associate deans as part of the Ministry’s program related to the fourth pillar on e-governance, data security, and information management.

The assessment aims to evaluate participants’ digital and administrative competencies and to strengthen their abilities in implementing digital transformation requirements within their respective colleges.

Dr. Mustafa Abdulridha Kazem, Director of the Center, affirmed that this assessment aligns with the Ministry’s plan to enhance the preparedness and skills of academic and administrative leaders, noting that the Center continues to implement ministerial programs that support administrative modernization and the shift toward an integrated electronic environment.
