The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a training course entitled “Human Resource Management,” with the participation of a number of employees.

The course aimed to enhance awareness of the importance of human resources as a fundamental element in institutional success and in improving performance efficiency.

The course, delivered by lecturer Mohammed Hashim Al-Shara, covered several key topics, including the concept, objectives, and functions of human resource management, as well as skills in effective communication, motivation, professional responsibility, and green human resource management.

The course also focused on the role of support and motivation in reducing job boredom and increasing productivity within state institutions.
