The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah conducted a training course as part of the ministerial program for university leadership, focusing on self-skills and creative thinking, with the participation of a select group of heads of academic and administrative departments and other university leaders.

The course aimed to enhance the competencies of academic leaders and improve decision-making methods, thereby contributing to institutional performance, the development of the university environment, and the achievement of quality in education and administration.

This course aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which seek to develop leadership skills, promote creative thinking, and refine personal and professional abilities.
