The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a training course titled “Human Resource Management”, with the participation of a number of university staff, as part of its program aimed at developing administrative and institutional capacities.

The course aimed to raise awareness of the importance of human resources as a fundamental pillar for institutional success, enhance job performance efficiency, and improve the work environment.

The course, delivered by Dr. Wameed Abdul Zahra Khudair, covered several key topics, including the concept of human resource management, its objectives and functions, effective communication skills, motivation, professional responsibility, and green human resource management.

The training emphasized the role of support and motivation in reducing job monotony and increasing productivity, highlighting the importance of investing in human capital to achieve sustainable development.
