Online registration for the seventh session of the "Teaching Methods for Blended Learning" course, based on the updated curriculum, will begin soon.
The registration links will be available on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
Please note the following:
1. A nomination letter for participation in the course is required from those covered by University Service Law No. (23) of 2008.
Only those covered by University Service Law No. (23) of 2008 are eligible to register for the course.
A. Employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from private and public universities and other entities
B. Ministry of Education
C. Sunni Endowment Office
D. Shiite Endowment Office / Imam Al-Kadhim College (peace be upon him)
E. Ministry of Interior, Police College (civilian faculty members)
F. Ministry of Interior, Police Commissioners Training Institute (civilian faculty members)
G. Ministry of Defense / University of Defense (civilian faculty members)
Applications should be addressed to the University of Basra / Center for Development and Continuing Education.
2. A copy of the appointment letter, contract, or salary slip.
3. A copy of the university order or the official certificate of the higher degree.
4. Payment of the registration fee of (120,000) one hundred and twenty thousand Iraqi dinars only.
5. Commitment to attendance, whether in person or online. Trainees absent from lectures for six hours will be excluded from the course according to ministerial instructions.
6. Applicants must adhere to the specialization listed below according to UNESCO classifications when registering online; otherwise, their registration will be disregarded.
7. Candidates must be available full-time on Saturdays and Tuesdays of each week throughout the course, as noted below.
Note: The course lasts six weeks, with two in-person days (Saturdays and Tuesdays) each week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and four online days for three hours each, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
