The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah has launched the seventh training course on teaching methods in line with blended learning, based on the updated curriculum. The opening was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Khazal Al-Kaabi, the Director of the Center, Dr. Mustafa Abdul Redha Kadhim, along with a number of academic experts.

The course aims to enhance modern teaching competencies and prepare participants for the attainment of academic titles in accordance with recognized academic quality standards.

Dr. Al-Kaabi emphasized the importance of the course’s practical components. The program features a series of academic lectures addressing key educational concepts and contemporary teaching methodologies, as well as the stages of curriculum development and modernization. The training program runs for six weeks and comprises eight integrated instructional modules.
