The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized a development training course on management and work ethics in human resources with the participation of University of Basra and ther state staff

 The Course, Which is  Presented by Dr. Mezher Abdel Sadah, aims To Identify Basic Issues To Understand The Tasks and Role Of Human Resources Management, Which is a one of jobs Basic to organize jobs management.

 The course included elements on how to divide work, responsibilities, analysis, description and design of jobs, planning for the work power and recruiting workers through selection, appointment, compensation, reward, job evaluation, incentives and motivation

The session showed the social relations between individuals and workers, mutual respect, application of laws related to human resource management, and the best accomplishment of work to advance the achievement of the organization's goal
