The University of Basra organizes an online course about the Discipline Law for State Staff:

The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online course about the Discipline Law for State Staff and the Public Sector No. 14 of 1991 amended.

 The course aims to acquaint the participant with the State Staff Discipline Law, which includes an indication of the job duties, the effect of violating them, the disciplinary penalties and their impact, and how to appeal them.

 The course, which was presented by the instructor Ansam Faleh Hassan, is the public Staff, the public office, the expressions contained in the law, the group's Exemption from being subject to it, the job duties (positive and negative), the effect of violating one of the duties, the definition of the administrative investigation, and the benefits of investigation,the administrative investigation and its justifications, the rules of the administrative investigation, the employee’s guarantees during the administrative investigation period, the effect of the decision to refer the Staff to investigation or arrest, distinguishing the administrative investigation from the criminal investigation, the disciplinary penalties and the consequent effect thereof, and the competent authorities that impose disciplinary punishment ,guarantees of disciplinary punishment,  appeals against the disciplinary punishment decision, and the effect of granting gratitude and appreciation.

In the end, it was recommended to create a manual of conduct code for administrative and criminal behavior in the job
