The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra

organized an online workshop about the ten most important leadership skills.

The workshop aims to clarify the ten skills that must be demonstrated by any administrative or leadership official or what are called important skills. 

The workshop, which was attended by Dr. Rifat Abdullah Jassim, included talking about ten basic skills that leaders and managers should be familiar with.  And the basic components of each skill of these skills can be trained and mastered.

The recommendation was that administrative leaderships should be trained in leadership skills, which are called smooth skills that enable leaders and managers to perform

 Their work to the fullest, which is reflected in the benefit on the performance of their administrative
